These terms govern the use of this site and the public intake surfaces operated by BLACK LION NEXUS. Engagements themselves are governed by a separate written agreement.
What these terms cover.
Site use
You may use this site to evaluate our capabilities and to submit an intake. Automated scraping, stress testing and attempts to bypass access control are not permitted.
Intake is not a contract
Submitting the architecture scan request or the integration intake starts a conversation. It creates no engagement, deliverable or payment obligation on either side.
Separate agreement
Paid work, scope, pricing, timelines and liability are set out in a written engagement agreement that takes precedence over this page.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the public surface evolves. The version published here is the one that applies.
Access to intake surfaces.
Accurate information
Information you submit should be accurate and yours to share. Do not submit third-party confidential material through a public form.
Account security
Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.
Brand, content and system material.
Brand assets
The BLACK LION NEXUS name, lockup, lion geometry and surface system remain our property. Use is limited to the approved brand rules.
Site content
Copy, diagrams and architecture material on this site may be read and cited with attribution, but not republished as your own.
Your material
Material you submit stays yours. We use it only to assess and follow up on your request.
What this site guarantees.
Informational content
Public content describes an architectural approach. It is not advice for a specific organization and carries no performance guarantee.
Availability
The site and its intake surfaces are provided as available. Maintenance or upstream failures may interrupt them.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this public site is limited. Engagement liability is set in the written agreement.
Law and jurisdiction.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms, unless a written engagement agreement states otherwise.
Disputes
We resolve issues in conversation first. Where that fails, the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
