What we collect, and why.
This page describes the data collected through the two public forms on this site — the architecture scan request and the integration intake — and how it is handled.
Data collected on /apply.
- Name and business email address.
- Organization name and your role.
- The context you describe about your systems and ambition.
- Purpose: to assess the request and contact you about it.
Data collected on /integration-intake.
- First name, last name, email, company and role.
- Selected connector route and the systems you intend to connect.
- Approximate data volume, governance constraints, ambition and timeline.
- Purpose: to route the intake to the right team and prepare the conversation. Selecting a connector route does not connect any system.
How the data is handled.
Purpose limitation
Form data is used to evaluate and follow up on your request. It is not sold and not used for unrelated profiling.
Access
Access is limited to the team members handling your request and the systems required to process it.
Retention
Submissions are kept only as long as needed for the engagement or follow-up, and removed on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of the data you submitted through either form.
Site measurement.
The site uses minimal, vendor-agnostic measurement of page and CTA events. No advertising profiles are built from it.
